Duties:

• Drafting and implementing intricate estate plans tailored to clients' needs
• Overseeing estate and trust administrations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Preparing estate, gift, inheritance, and income tax returns
• Managing multiple time-sensitive tasks and client matters in a fast-paced setting
• Cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning and individual tax planning, ideally for high-net-worth clients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication abilities
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
