This entry-level position offers extensive training in Maryland's protective order statute, family law issues, and trial skills and technique. Position Description: The Staff Attorney will advise and represent survivors of intimate partner violence in protective order proceedings in Maryland's District and circuit courts. They will also handle related matters such as contempt, modification, extension, and shielding hearings. This role will be based at the Clinic's offices located in the Baltimore County and Baltimore City courthouses, allowing for immediate legal intervention and connections to courthouse personnel.
