White & Case 1L Diversity Fellowship Program

White & Case is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for our lawyers and staff. Our 1L Diversity Fellowship Program is designed to attract and retain talented law students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

This program provides a unique opportunity for 1L law students to gain insight into the practice of law and the Firm's culture. Fellows participate in our ten-week Summer Program in any of our 8 US offices, including our training sessions, the Launch Your Career Program, ongoing mentorship opportunities, networking with our lawyers and attendance at social events.

Successful Fellows will be invited to return to the Firm for the following summer and will receive a salary of $4,150 per week.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an
Must submit a 500-word personal statement that indicates your interest in joining a global practice, as well as your commitment to enhancing our diverse culture at the Firm
Must submit a cover letter, résumé, undergraduate transcript and 1L law school transcript (when available)
Must complete a video interview within 48 hours of submitting materials
Open to all law students regardless of race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, military service, disability, or any other characteristic or condition protected by applicable law
