Our 1L Diversity Fellowship Program is designed to attract and retain talented law students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. This program provides a unique opportunity for 1L law students to gain insight into the practice of law and the Firm's culture. Fellows participate in our ten-week Summer Program in any of our 8 US offices, including our training sessions, the Launch Your Career Program, ongoing mentorship opportunities, networking with our lawyers and attendance at social events.
