H2: Job Requirements and Qualifications

- Law degree required
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in primarily EPL claims handling or related litigation
- Strong preference for candidate with insurance related designation (RPLU or CPCU)
- Exposure to or direct handling of complex high profile/high exposure management liability claims
- Demonstrated ability to establish close working relationships with other departments
- Strong negotiating, analytical, written, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed

H2: Job Responsibilities

- Handle US EPL claims and related systems and processes
- Analyze exposures and make claim decisions for EPL and other lines of business
- Provide coverage, liability, and damages analysis for EPL and fiduciary liability claims
- Proactively identify trends and exposures that may affect the portfolio
- Support underwriting with legal review and policy drafting
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of exposure to management
- Contribute to the success of the team by working on various projects and attending industry conferences
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the organization
