They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Law Attorney to join their team in Madison. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate and partnership taxation, estate planning, real estate acquisition, and general business transactional matters.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4-6 years of experience working in a similar role, and will hold an In addition to strong drafting and negotiating skills, the attorney will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working collaboratively with supervising attorneys at the law firm.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients on various business law matters, including corporate and partnership taxation, estate planning, real estate acquisition, and general business transactional matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal forms.
- Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings as needed.
- Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys to provide efficient and effective legal services to clients.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Wisconsin.
- LLM in taxation preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in business law, with a strong background in corporate and partnership taxation, estate planning, real estate acquisition, and general business transactional matters.
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
