- Base salary range: $90,000-110,000
- Yearly bonus eligibility

Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, Communications or related field
- 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in Legal Operations

Responsibilities:
- Support various initiatives within the Legal team
- Develop and manage processes for optimizing legal work
- Manage legal document database and administrative tasks
- Assist with entity formation and filings
- Work cross-functionally with other business teams

Skills & Abilities Required:
- Experience managing corporate entities with state agencies
- Strong drafting and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team
