The position may be filled at the counsel or partner level, depending on the candidate’s experience and related factors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently serving as a senior associate, counsel, or partner in a law firm, or working as an in-house counsel. Substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions is essential. We seek those with exceptional prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
