GDCR LLC, a reputable law firm, is seeking a skilled associate attorney to join its Education Practice Group in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate should have at least one to three years of litigation experience in both state and federal court. Strong written communication and research skills are a must for this role. Additionally, candidates with a background in labor and employment, civil rights law, or education law will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in state and federal court
- Conducting legal research and writing briefs
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
- Preparing and attending depositions and hearings
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
