Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate for its Boston office to join its Labor & Employment Practice Area. The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in labor and employment law, with experience in complex employment and business litigation being highly regarded. The ideal candidate must possess superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of five years of experience in labor and employment law
- Experience in complex employment and business litigation
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Dual barred in New York State or willing to seek admission to practice in New York
- Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies
