LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with deadlines

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Responsibilities:

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases

• Handle all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda

• Mentor and manage support staff

• Meet billing requirements and maintain accurate time records

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all case-related tasks

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of personal injury law and civil litigation process

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software

• Annual salary of $120,000 plus guaranteed commission after achieving performance goal
