- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Texas
- 6+ years of experience in defense litigation
- Experience with Oil & Gas and Energy preferred
- Strong background in motion practice and depositions
- Trial and trial preparation experience a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
