## Lateral Associate - IP Litigation (NY)

Law Firm is actively seeking attorneys with top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience for their IP Litigation team in New York. This position is open to law school class years 2018 – 2021.

**Benefits of the Position:**

- Annual compensation range between $225,000 and $345,000, depending upon qualifications and other operational considerations.

**Qualifications and Preferred Experience:**

- Top law school credentials
- IP/patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred
- CAFC clerkship experience is a plus
- Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus
