## Job Description

The tax associate position at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions which serve to benefit the communities served. The position is predominantly transactional in nature and the members of the tax department work closely with the securities and finance lawyers in the firm, as well as investment bankers, financial advisors and government officials nationwide.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the tax associate position at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP should have an . in Taxation and be admitted to practice in the state in which their designated office is located. Experience in public finance or other transactional tax experience would be beneficial.

## Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this full-time role is $175,000 to $205,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
