- Preferred Background: Undergraduate degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, or biochemistry; advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
- Membership in the Patent Bar is not required, but is a plus

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $235,000 - $365,000
- Represents the firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting
- Actual compensation offered will depend on candidate's experience, qualifications, and location

Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of patent litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing for trials and hearings
- Collaborate with team members on strategy and case management
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Conduct legal analysis and provide recommendations to clients
- Attend depositions and court appearances as needed

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Life Sciences, with a focus on patent litigation in pharmaceutical and chemical industries
- Undergraduate degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, or biochemistry
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
- Admission to the New York State Bar is required
- Membership in the Patent Bar is not required, but is a plus
