Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Handle a high volume of cases and meet multiple deadlines
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in the law and legal precedents
Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary

Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience as an attorney
Admission to the Florida Bar
Strong communication, legal advocacy, and writing skills
Prior experience in one or more of the firm's focus areas preferred
Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings
