Job Responsibilities:

As an Attorney in our Banking and Financial Services Practice, you will be responsible for:

Handling secured financial transactions
Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, etc.)
Collecting and reviewing due diligence (title reports, UCC searches, etc.)
Working closely with clients and providing exceptional client service
