Our Business Litigation Practice in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York handles a wide array of subject areas, including business-related contract disputes and business torts, misappropriation of confidential information and trade secrets, restrictive employment covenants, disputes arising from the sale of businesses, trade regulation, insurance and intellectual property.
