Our Business Litigation Practice in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York handles a wide array of subject areas, including business-related contract disputes and business torts, misappropriation of confidential information and trade secrets, restrictive employment covenants, disputes arising from the sale of businesses, trade regulation, insurance and intellectual property. Our clients are businesses in the information, automotive, utility, technology, textile, food, diamond, hospitality, pharmaceutical and medical industries.
