Law Firm is looking for an associate to join our venture capital and emerging company practice. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital transactions. The candidate should be a self-starter and must be able to work as a member of a team on complex transactions.

We are looking for a candidate who has a background in venture capital and startups and who can interact directly with CEOs, boards of directors, and venture capitalists in the technology and life sciences fields. The ideal candidate will be able to work in the Connecticut offices, but we are flexible about location and will strongly consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
-Lead transactions and interact directly with CEOs, boards of directors, and venture capitalists
-Work on a team on complex transactions
-Advise clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters
-Provide legal advice on venture capital transactions

Qualifications:
