This includes experience in drafting, design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans, as well as executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, experience with taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code) and design and drafting of employment and other executive compensation arrangements is preferred. Requirements for the Position To be considered for this position, candidates must have a JD degree, a high level of academic achievement, and law firm experience. Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills are also essential.
