Law Firm Seeking Mid-Level Associate in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group

Polsinelli, a leading law firm with multiple offices across the US, is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in one of our Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, or Dallas offices.

Opportunity for Growth and Development

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. This includes experience in drafting, design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans, as well as executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, experience with taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code) and design and drafting of employment and other executive compensation arrangements is preferred.

Requirements for the Position

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a JD degree, a high level of academic achievement, and law firm experience. Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills are also essential. We are specifically looking for candidates who possess ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the growth and success of our national practice.
