## Overview
Law Firm's Boston office is seeking an experienced associate to join its M&A and Private Equity group. The position requires a minimum of 3+ years' experience with private M&A, minority equity investments, and general corporate representation. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication and drafting skills, and be capable of taking on significant drafting responsibility.

## Responsibilities
- Drafting of private M&A and minority equity investments - Leading complex diligence processes - Managing junior associates and internal specialist teams - Deal management
## Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in the practice area - Admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to practice law in Massachusetts - Strong academic credentials - Excellent communication and drafting skills - Team-oriented
