Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm, is seeking a mergers and acquisitions associate to join their Insurance practice group. This is a partnership-track position with opportunities available in multiple offices, including Chicago, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, .

Role Requirements:
• Three-six years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactional matters
• Preference for experience in the insurance industry, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently
• Proven track record of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Excellent writing and analytical skills

Salary Information:
• Anticipated initial annual salary range of $180,000 - $305,000
