Ballard Spahr LLP, a leading law firm with over 600 lawyers and 15 offices across the ., is currently seeking an experienced labor and employment litigation associate to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in either our New York or New Jersey office. We are looking for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience in labor and employment law, including employment litigation in state and federal courts, administrative practice, and/or advice and counseling. Experience in traditional labor matters and transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus. Active bar licenses in both NY and NJ are required for this position.

The estimated target salary range for this position is $200,000 - $225,000, depending on a candidate's relevant skills and experience, geographic location, licensure, market demands, and other factors.
