Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy & Climate Solutions Associate to join our growing Energy and Climate Solutions practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking financing transactions for innovative clean energy and decarbonization clients. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in this field and a desire to develop a broad expertise in financing clean energy projects and portfolios. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions, with a focus on clean energy and climate infrastructure finance preferred.
