Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Stack's IP portfolio and lead all corporate paralegal matters
- Work closely with engineers to identify potential patents
- Assist in the preparation and filing of patent applications
- Conduct Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses and review third party patents for potential licensing opportunities
- Assist in trademark and copyright enforcement and registration efforts
- Draft corporate governance documents and manage state qualifications and filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to the legal team

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of previous corporate paralegal experience
- Experience working with inventors and completing invention disclosure forms
- Computer science or engineering background a plus
- Admitted to practice in front of the . Patent Office a plus
- Notary Public or willingness to become a Notary Public, a plus
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
