Fall 2024 Legal Intern - Part Time:

Role Summary:

- Legal intern positions available for Fall 2024.
- Assist attorneys and accountants with legal research, case development, and regulatory and transactional projects.
- Exposure to a variety of legal issues.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with comment letters and public meetings.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze investigative materials and prepare reports.
- Review regulatory filings and analyze financial information.
- Work with project teams and assist with comment letters and public meetings.
- Conduct research using legal databases and other web-based tools.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Law student currently enrolled in accredited law school.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and legal research databases.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in another language is a plus.
