Counsel - Legal Services Department at MFS in Boston MFS, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Counsel to join their Legal Services Department in Boston. This role requires someone with strong legal expertise and experience in the financial services industry. As Counsel, you will provide legal counsel, planning, and services on complex matters and issues to MFS and its subsidiary companies. You will also have the opportunity to work with business group leaders and external counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support growth in new markets.
