Goodwin Law Firm is hiring a mid-level Corporate Associate to join their award winning Life Sciences team. The associate will join a dynamic practice that specializes in corporate transactions for high growth, life sciences, healthcare and technology companies. The associate should have 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public company representation.

##Requirements for the Life Sciences Corporate – Mid-Level Associate Position

* 3-5 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public company representation
* Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings)
* Experience working with life sciences companies preferred
* General experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently
* Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required

The successful candidate will join a team of experienced professionals who work on cutting-edge transactions for life sciences, healthcare and technology companies. This includes working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.
