# Fredrikson Energy - Project Finance Attorney (2+ years)

Fredrikson, the premier Midwest-based law firm, is looking for an experienced Energy - Project Finance Attorney to join their Energy department in Des Moines, IA, Madison, WI, or Minneapolis, MN locations. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in commercial/transactional work and an interest in energy.

## Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

* . from an ABA-Accredited Law School
* Active attorney license in at least one . jurisdiction
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills
* Strong academic background
* Preferred candidates will have experience with federal income tax matters, energy tax credits and government incentive programs, as well as transaction experience in representing power producers and investors in tax equity and leasing structures in the wind, solar, and renewable fuels industries.
