Job Title: Commercial, Technology, and Data Transactional Attorney
Location: New York, United States (Remote work available)

Responsibilities:
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements for clients
- Providing legal counsel on practical business and legal implications of transactions
- Supporting nontraditional transactional needs in areas such as communications tools, location data, alternative data licensing, health tech, aggregate data rights and licensing, online marketplaces, and AI providers
- Partnering with clients to shape innovative new businesses

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technology, IP, and data transactions
- Highly motivated and forward-thinking individual
- Strong drafting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
- In-house experience and part-time schedules may be accommodated
