# Corporate & Finance - Mergers and Acquisitions, Mid-Level to Senior Associate

Hogan Lovells, a leading Tier 1 law firm in the US, is currently seeking an outstanding mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of three years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). This position is based in the Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells.

## Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients on domestic and cross-border transactions in a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace & defense, consumer, life sciences, education, automotive, diversified industrial and energy. The role includes:

* Advising on M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and restructurings
* Interacting effectively with sophisticated client teams
* Familiarity with securities issuances and venture capital/private equity financings
* Mentoring and supervising more junior associates

## Qualifications

Candidates for this position must have:

* A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
* A minimum of three years of relevant experience
* The ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams
* A strong desire and ability to integrate into a collegial team environment
