This role will involve case management, supervision of paralegals and litigation assistants, and providing support to attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate, at least 5 years of current litigation experience, and proficiency in relevant software and court rules. Job Title: Litigation Case Manager

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of current litigation experience
- IP litigation experience preferred

Location: Delaware - Wilmington

Department: Litigation Practice Systems

Responsibilities:
- Case management and supervision of paralegals and litigation assistants
- Anticipating and planning for all phases of litigation with minimal direction from supervising attorney
- Supporting attorneys in preparation for filing of lawsuit, discovery, trial preparation, and attendance at trial
- Organizing and analyzing documents, including confidential and privileged documents
- Training, supervising, and mentoring senior paralegals, paralegals, and litigation assistants
- Providing feedback on performance throughout the year

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of current litigation experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State Court rules
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with principals, attorneys, clients, and staff
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Word, Relativity, Everchron, ProLaw, Lexis, and Westlaw
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work in the office at least 1 day per week, with potential for more as required
