The Associate – Corporate and Technology Transactions will be responsible for:

- Drafting and negotiating contracts and licensing agreements in various areas of technology including software, hardware, SaaS, internet and e-commerce and other technologies.
- Advising clients on data privacy, corporate structure and financing, security laws and mergers and acquisitions.
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda and other legal documents.
- Managing and prioritizing a high volume of projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Third to fifth year attorney with experience in corporate and technology transactions law.
- Admitted to the Florida Bar.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts and licensing agreements in various areas of technology.
- Knowledge of data privacy, corporate structure and financing, security laws and mergers and acquisitions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
