Quincy office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney preferably with 5+ years of experience and ideally some trial experience. The candidate must be admitted to Illinois, Missouri helpful. Must be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have prior experience with motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and taking and defending depositions (with an emphasis on medical malpractice, commercial, business, and insurance defense). Must have excellent communication and writing skills and should have experience in drafting complaints, motions, discovery, and briefs, including appellate work, and legal research.
