- Seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal Manager to join our Fire Litigation team at Singleton Schreiber, LLP
- Responsible for managing and mentoring the Firm's Fire Litigation and Demand teams
- Oversee case assignments and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient delivery of legal services
- Provide paralegal support to attorneys throughout all stages of a case
- Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation
- Must possess a paralegal certificate or meet the Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450 requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil litigation and managing a team of 5 or more paralegals
- Proficiency in case management software programs and other legal programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
