This position offers the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

As a Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in all phases of commercial litigation, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and trial/appeal preparation. The ideal candidate will have a JD with excellent academic credentials and current NY Bar admission in good standing. Experience in both state and federal court proceedings is preferred, as well as managing class action matters and the ability to understand financial documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-discovery platforms is also required.
