Job Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all stages of international tax controversy matters, including audits, appeals, and litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound advice to clients
- Prepare and review tax filings and responses to tax authorities
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve tax disputes in favor of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive and effective legal services
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally
- Advise clients on tax planning and compliance to minimize potential disputes

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax law, preferably in a law firm setting
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, both domestic and international
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Salary and Benefits:

- Starting salary of $120,000 annually, with potential for bonuses based on performance
