Law Firm is seeking a Banking Litigation Staff Attorney for a hybrid schedule. This position is available in our NY, FL, NJ or PA offices along with requisite bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation, drafting motions, discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at court hearings. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of and experience dealing with Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC as well as EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes.

**H2: Qualifications & Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation, and must be able to demonstrate experience in:

- Drafting motions
- Discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing at court hearings

**H2: Compensation & Benefits**

The target annual pay range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Law Firm's total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include:

- Discretionary bonuses
- Incentive packages
- Firm-sponsored benefit programs
