Job Title: Fund Formation Associate
Experience: At least four (4) years advising private fund sponsors or limited partners
Location: Fully remote, can work from home office anywhere in the US

Job Description:
- Advise on private fund formation, operational matters, and regulatory matters
- Prepare and review fund marketing materials
- Negotiate fund partnership agreements and side letters
- Familiarity with Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940
- Bonus: Experience with Commodity Exchange Act rules and regulations or Subchapter K (partnership tax)
- Flexible yet dynamic working environment

Requirements:
- Adept with major MS Office products and familiarity with working in a law firm environment

- Excellent judgment and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong legal reasoning
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
