We are currently seeking a Toxic Tort Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience in asbestos and toxic tort litigation to join our Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and be part of a dynamic, collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents and manage multiple cases from start to trial.
- Collect, organize, and analyze medical records and other documents.
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, as well as provide support during trial.
- Conduct document searches and factual research.
- Communicate with clients, court, medical providers/experts, and other legal counsel involved in the case.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paralegal certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asbestos and toxic tort litigation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
