Faegre Drinker, a growing and collaborative law firm, is currently seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join our Philadelphia office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. We are looking for candidates with a strong background and experience in areas such as consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, securities and shareholder disputes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Practice in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation cases
- Emphasis on litigation procedure and discovery process, including e-discovery
- Deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff
- Actively participate in client meetings and court appearances
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to business litigation
- Assist with government investigations as needed

Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience in a law firm setting
- Prior experience in complex commercial litigation preferred
- Strong understanding of litigation procedure and discovery process
- Excellent academic credentials and active membership in the Pennsylvania bar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with government investigations is a plus
