Salary range: $95,900 - $203,060 USD
Salary may vary based on factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
Discretionary annual incentive program may also be available.
Possible geographic differential depending on location of position.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, IT or related area; Juris Doctorate or LLM degree required.
3+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing general commercial contractual agreements.
Familiarity with technology and its application in contract lifecycle management.
Experience with Microsoft Office and other technology platforms such as Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, and Tableau.

The Opportunity:
Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) Legal Managed Services (LMS) team assists corporate legal department clients with end to end, contract lifecycle management, as well as aids them with their responses to regulatory and other trigger events compelling organizations to analyze their contract portfolios and process. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with both . and Global teams and play a pivotal role in helping them navigate a complex and dynamic business environment. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and client service skills to Deloitte and be part of a team that helps multinational organizations transform their contract lifecycle management processes.

Work You'll Do:
- Perform tasks across the contract lifecycle, including contract review, drafting, and playbook-enabled negotiation.
- Work with Fortune 1000/FTSE 100/Global 5000 clients and both . and Global teams.
- Leverage contract lifecycle management technologies and deliver in accordance with key performance indicators.
- Identify process and operational efficiencies within the legal department contracting function.

Responsibilities Include:
- Review, abstract, draft, redline, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contractual agreements.
- Escalate agreements per the contract negotiation playbook.
- Deliver activities in accordance with agreed upon key performance indicators.
- Build, review, and update contract negotiation playbooks.
- Identify process and operational efficiencies within the legal department contracting function.

Globally, Deloitte provides legal business services, outside the US, we provide legal advisory services to clients. LMS is part of the TTC practice in the US. At Deloitte Tax LLP, our TTC practice helps tax and legal departments pursue a streamlined, transparent, and efficient tax and legal functions that enhance the core responsibilities of compliance, reporting and planning, while also positioning tax and legal as a strategic business advisor for the digital era.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, IT or related area; Juris Doctorate or LLM degree.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment.
- Strong substantive understanding of general commercial contractual agreements and key clauses.
- 3+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing general commercial contractual agreements.
- Familiarity with technology and its application in contract lifecycle management.
- Strong Microsoft Office and other technology skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average.
- Active accreditation such as CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications.
