- Drafting motions, discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at court hearings
- Knowledge of and experience dealing with Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC as well as EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes
