Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Represent defendants in significant exposure cases in various general liability areas
- Provide a defense for property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals
- Excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases

Qualifications:

- Strong research and writing skills
- 1-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
