A law firm is seeking a highly experienced Employment Law Attorney with a strong background in employment law to join their dynamic legal team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of dedicated experience in employment law and a proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters in this field. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on employment law matters to clients.
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on employment law trends and changes.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other employment issues.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect clients' interests.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and research.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions on employment law topics.
- Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations to resolve disputes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in employment law.
- Proven experience in handling complex employment law cases.
- Strong litigation skills and experience in representing clients in court.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar.
Certifications:
