Overview:
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, a full-service international law firm, is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate with at least 3 years of direct experience in estate planning, tax, or another transactional practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and drafting wills and trust agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional drafting, writing, and analytical skills to join a dynamic and successful team.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review wills, trust agreements, and other estate planning documents
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients on estate and tax planning matters
- Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate and trust accountings
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, tax, or other transactional practice
- Active admission to the IL Bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well with diverse individuals
- Experience in a large or mid-size law firm preferred
