# H1: Mid-Level T&E Partner Needed for Law Firm's Boston, MA Office

Pierce Atwood LLP is seeking an experienced mid-level T&E partner for its Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have an excellent reputation in the area and be prepared to join one partner in that office as well as an additional partner and two associates serving Massachusetts clients from other offices. This position offers an ambitious and entrepreneurial attorney the opportunity to lead the firm’s T&E practice in the Boston market and build on the existing client base and advisor relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing all aspects of sophisticated estate planning and administration matters for high net worth clients. This includes deep knowledge of tax planning strategies, gifting, trust planning, and administration. The successful candidate must also have excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
