As a mid-level associate in our Labor & Employment practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of matters, including:

• Defending employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits and administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies
• Advising clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Counseling clients on employee discipline and termination
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies
• Conducting workplace investigations
• Providing employment training to clients and their employees
