Key Responsibilities:
• Administer probate estates, including preparation and submission of required filings with the probate court
• Draft basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, incorporating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts
• Lead in-person client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and administration (5-8+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of probate estates and estate planning strategies
• Ability to draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts
• Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to lead in-person meetings
