This position requires 2-5+ years of litigation experience and a degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science, as well as strong legal writing skills and a willingness to travel for court appearances. The ideal candidate should also possess strong business and entrepreneurial skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to manage internal and external client relationships.

Salary Information:
- Anticipated salary range: $150,000 to $239,000
- Factors that determine compensation: geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law
- Annual merit-based bonus available
