Morgan Lewis, a prestigious law firm, is seeking to hire a highly qualified alternative track associate with excellent academic credentials for our litigation practice group in either our Los Angeles or San Francisco office. We are looking for someone with a strong background and experience in high volume litigation, specifically in managed care litigation and arbitration involving payor-provider disputes.

The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, be a member of the California state bar, and possess strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity for an experienced litigation associate to join a top law firm and further develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume litigation cases
- Familiarity with all phases of managed care litigation and arbitration
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff on cases

Qualifications:
- California state bar membership
- 3+ years of experience in high volume litigation
- Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of managed care litigation and arbitration, specifically payor-provider disputes

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $225,000 - $250,000
- Base salary or hourly wage to be determined during the interview process based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors
- Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of the range based on individual circumstances
- Total compensation package may include medical, financial, and/or other benefits, such as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off
- Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided upon receiving an offer of employment
- Salary and other compensation may be modified at any time based on individual and firm performance and market factors
